Terms and Conditions: Procedure for filling the application form online and submitting the examination fee: a Candidates can fill their application on the website http://dtev.teletalk.com.bd. The application deadline is as follows: Starting date and time for filling the application form online and submitting the examination fee: 04/03/2025, 10:00 AM. Last date and time for submitting the application form online: 24/03/2025, 06:00 PM. Candidates who have received User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online. Candidates are advised to complete the application process with sufficient time in hand without waiting for the last date and time.
In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300 X width 80 Pixel) and color photograph (length 300 x width 300 Pixel) and upload it to the designated place.
Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be 100% sure about the accuracy of all the information filled before submitting the application. The candidate will save a print copy of the application form filled online as a help for any examination-related needs. Rules for sending SMS and payment of examination fee: After filling the online application form properly, uploading the photo and signature as per the instructions, the application preview with the photo will be visible on the computer.
The candidate who has completed the submission of the application form will receive an Applicant’s copy with a User ID, photo and signature. If there is any mistake in the Applicant’s copy or the photo is unclear (completely black / complete white / blurry) or the photo / signature is not correct, then he can apply again. However, since no further changes / modifications / additions are acceptable after submitting the application fee, before submitting the application fee, the candidate must ensure that his recent color photo, accurate information and signature are attached to the said Applicant’s copy and its accuracy by downloading the PDF copy and printing it in color and saving it. Examination fee For the posts from 01 to 14 of the recruitment notification, the examination fee is 100/- (one hundred) Taka and Teletalk’s service charge (including VAT) is 12/- (twelve) Taka, non-refundable, totaling 112/- (one hundred and twelve) Taka and for the posts from 15 to 19, the examination fee is 50/- (fifty) Taka and Teletalk’s service charge (including VAT) is 6/- (six) Taka, non-refundable, totaling 56 (fifty-six) Taka.
However, backward (minor ethnic groups, physically challenged and third gender) candidates of all grades will have to deposit 50/- (fifty) Taka towards the examination fee and 6/- (six) Taka including Teletalk service charge (including VAT) (non-refundable) totaling 56/- (fifty-six) Taka within 72 (seventy-two) hours of application. It is specially mentioned here that, “Even if all the parts of the application form are filled and submitted online, the online application form will not be processed under any circumstances until the examination fee is deposited.
